Kimberli Swenson joined Pathways in September 2018 as the Executive Director. She has 20 years of non-profit experience, including teaching non-profit law to local parent groups. She was a long-standing board member with the Washington State PTA and worked for 3 years with another local pregnancy resource center. She is passionate about
Kimberli Swenson joined Pathways in September 2018 as the Executive Director. She has 20 years of non-profit experience, including teaching non-profit law to local parent groups. She was a long-standing board member with the Washington State PTA and worked for 3 years with another local pregnancy resource center. She is passionate about advocacy for children of all ages. Kimberli and her family attend Liberty Bible Church where she is active with their missions ministry and music ministry including the Worship Team and Bow the Knee. She and her husband, Eric, will soon be celebrating their 30th year of marriage and have three beautiful children.

Elizabeth Francis joined Pathways in October 2022 as the Clinic Manager. She has worked in this ministry field for the last eight years. She has a master's degree in business administration, has been involved in PTA, PTO and is currently involved in Special Olympics Washington as the Clark County Co-Coordinator and Area Services Director.

She has 20 years of non-profit experience as an employee and as a volunteer. Elizabeth is passionate about serving at Pathways because of the opportunity to serve women and their families with love, encouragement, and support to help save lives, including the ability to lead families to accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior, by planting His seeds. Elizabeth's husband passed away 5.5 years ago, they were married for 28 years and have three beautiful children, one granddaughter.
