Born Out of a Calling to Serve
In 1993, a small group of passionate volunteers in Washougal, Washington answered a calling — to stand alongside women facing unplanned pregnancies with compassion, dignity, and hope.
What began as a simple resource center has grown into a fully accredited pregnancy medical clinic, offering free medical care, peer counseling, and family support services to thousands of clients across the Columbia River Gorge region.
Today, Pathways Clinic stands as a testament to what can happen when a community comes together around a shared conviction: that every life has purpose, and every family deserves the support to flourish.
